The Sagrada Família is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most prized structures in Spain and Europe. The structure is renowned for its incredibly innovative and artistic architecture, much of which was spearheaded by Antoni Gaudí.

When will the Sagrada Família be finished?

The Sagrada Familia has been under construction since 1882. As of 2024, it's due to be completed in 2026, on the 100th anniversary of Antony Gaudí's death. Since construction began, the church has had five generations of visitors and nine architects.

How to get there

To reach the Sagrada Família by public transport, you can take the metro to the Sagrada Família station (L2/L5) or the bus to Temple Expiatori de La Sagrada Família (lines 19, 33, 34, D50, H10, and B24).
